Invoicing rose 103 % from one year previous and increased 33 % from the
fourth quarter
Engelholms Kabel-TV-AB has been consolidated in the Group since February
2001
Halmstad Fastighets AB renewed and expanded its contract for internet
services an additional three years
A contract was signed with Bjäre Kraft in April 2001 for the
construction of an urban networks and the provision of Internet and
cable-TV services
After the first quarter, Thalamus’ economic position is very solid,
thanks to strong liquid assets. The future looks positive after the
purchase of EKTV, the contract which was signed with Bjäre Kraft and the
fact that today’s market situation is favorable for Thalamus.

war””, says Jan Tidelius, CEO of Thalamus Networks. ”We have evaluated
every project’s profitability on a case-by-case basis, and we see now
that this is the right strategy. This means that our customers can
continue to trust us. It also increases our chances of signing good
deals with property- and netowners.”
Thalamus is currently discussing various forms of operational contracts
and service provision with property owners, owners of wide-area-networks
and operators.
