Extraordinary General Meeting for Thalamus Networks
The shareholders of Thalamus Networks AB (publ) are invited to an
extraordinary General Meeting on Thursday, October 18th at 15.00.
Address: Heliosvägen 1A, Stockholm, Sweden.
Notice
Shareholders who wish to attend the General Meeting must be registered
in the shareholders’ register issued by VPC no later than October 8th
2001, and notify the Company on their intent to attend the Meeting on no
later than Friday the 12th of October 2001, at 16.00. Send notices via

identification or corporate identification number, address, telephone
number and number of shares.
Trustee shares
Shareholders whose shares are held by a trustee must temporarily
register the shares in their own names in order to be entitled to attend
the meeting. The trustee must be notified in good time prior to the
Meeting for such a registration to be effected at VPC.
Proposed Agenda
The board of Thalamus Networks proposes the following agenda for the
General Meeting:
§ 1 Opening of the General Meeting
§ 2 Election of a chairperson
§ 3 Approval of the agenda
§ 4 Election of one or two persons to verify the minutes
§ 5 Determination of whether the meeting has been duly convened
§ 6 Proposal to change articles of incorporation § 2 regarding the
Company’s field of activity.

regulatory systems, and business connected to this. ”
Proposed new wording (translated):
”The Company will develop and trade products and services within the
fields of computers, Internet and IT, energy services, software,
telecommunication as well as buying, selling and developing businesses
and security papers and business connected to this.”
